Mode Media lifts the cover of its new data-powered video platform that provides curator seeding and priority delivery to drive programmed and viral views at scale
Episode 3 “100 Years of Men’s Swimwear” launching today expected to vault original series to over 100M views
SILICON VALLEY, August 5, 2015—Mode Studios, the original video programming and branded entertainment division of Mode Media that was launched in April 2014, today announced their “100 Years of Fashion” Original Series has surpassed 80 million views for the first two episodes. Episode 1: 100 Years of Women’s Fashion in 2 Minutes has become the most-viewed fashion video online, with over 58 million views since launch two months ago. Episode 2: 100 Years of Men’s Fashion in 3 Minutes, launched three weeks ago and set a record with over 1 million views on the first day. It was also the #1 most popular video of the day on YouTube globally and has now crossed 24 million views in less than a month.
By the Numbers: “100 Years of Fashion” Original Series
The “100 Years of Fashion” original series has a total of 81,932,798 views and continues to climb, as a result of native and social discovery. The collective time spent viewing the series to-date is 337 years. The highest views in one day was 5,895,711.
Episode 1: 100 Years of Women’s Fashion in 2 Minutes, has 58.5 million views (June 3, 2015-August 3, 2015). Of these 917,966 are programmed views and 57 million viral views, representing a hyper-viral lift factor of 62.6x.
Episode 2: 100 Years of Men’s Fashion in 3 Minutes, has 23 million views (July 9, 2015-August 3, 2015). Of these 641,308 are programmed views and 22,769,343 are viral, representing a viral lift of 35.5x.

Episode 3: 100 Years of Men’s Swimwear
Today, Mode Studios released the third episode, 100 Years of Men’s Swimwear, which takes viewers on a journey through poolside fashion, starting off with wool tank suits in 1915. Matt Watts, the model featured in 100 Years of Men’s Fashion in 3 Minutes, also stars in 100 Years of Men’s Swimwear.
