Leading Movie Site Premiere.com Joins Glam Publisher Network
BRISBANE, CA and NEW YORK, NY—February 20, 2008—Mode Media Corporation., (corp.mode.com), number one in reach for women online, today announced a partnership with Premiere.com, the online destination for movie enthusiasts owned by publisher Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. (HFM U.S, hfmus.com). Premiere.com joins the Glam Publisher Network of 450 sites where Glam will exclusively represent Premiere’s premium ad inventory. Premiere is also a featured content provider, along with Sony BMG and TV Guide on Glam’s recently-launched entertainment channel focused on movies, music and television.
Premiere.com brings its fresh and relevant coverage to Glam.com, including interviews with Hollywood’s A-list and up-and-coming talent as well as behind-the-scenes movie information, reviews and previews. The Glam Entertainment channel is part of Mode Media’s distributed media network—meshing premium traditional media content and quality indie publishers to provide advertisers with unique and diverse brand engagement with their target audiences.
“This partnership affords greater visibility and access to both Premiere and Mode Media’s audiences by providing both companies with new outlets for growth and opportunity,” said Todd Anderman, Senior Vice President Digital Media, HFM U.S.
“We are thrilled to partner with an innovative and respected entertainment brand like Premiere,” said John Trimble, EVP of Sales for New Markets, Mode Media. “Our distributed media network and Entertainment channel enable brands to reach one of the largest entertainment audiences on the Web.”
Prior to Mode Media, Trimble was SVP of Advertising Sales for Fox Interactive Media. At Fox, Trimble oversaw all brand advertising sales including entertainment for MySpace, IGN, Fox Sports, American Idol and Scout. Trimble was also instrumental in helping News Corporation develop its digital marketing roadmap.
Mode Media continues to experience significant growth in traffic to Glam.com owned and operated sites and via the reach of its network of 450+ lifestyle websites and blogs across Style, Living, Entertainment, Shopping and other channels.
