In the newly created position, McNicholas will help Mode Media expand its team to connect advertisers, hungry for unique and diverse brand engagement, with audiences in the Glam network of more than 600 sites.

As EVP of Sales and Services at Dotomi, a provider of targeted Internet advertising solutions, McNicholas was responsible for significant growth and bringing on hundreds of new advertisers. Prior to Dotomi, Inc., McNicholas was responsible for organizational revenue, customer development, client service and retail partnerships at Q Interactive. McNicholas comes to Mode Media with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, including 5 years of sales and brand marketing experience at Nestle. Christine has a strong background in building and maintaining rapidly growing, highly productive organizations. McNicholas earned a B.A. from Illinois State University, Normal and a MBA in Marketing from Loyola University, Chicago and holds numerous awards for her sales and marketing achievements.
