July 9, 2015 From Joellen Ferrer

Last month, we released a new video for Mode Glam, as part of an ongoing “A Stitch in Time” series. The iconic video takes viewers back 100 years in time with women’s fashion — from jazz age sass, to Coco Chanel-inspired chic, to the psychadelic 70s — it’s a history lesson you don’t want to miss! The video was an instant hit that has been viewed more than 40 million times across, all across the globe.

Check it out: 100 Years of Fashion in 2 Minutes

100-Years-Fashion-WomenAs a follow-up, we created a version for men’s fashion — think seersucker suits, double-breasted blazers, all the way to today’s hipster chic. Here’s today’s installment: 100 Years of Men’s Fashion in 3 Minutes

Question of the day: Which video wins for style points? Women’s fashion has obviously changed dramatically over the years, whereas men’s fashion is not nearly as ornate. Perhaps our question will be answered soon enough, as we start to tally up the views for this video. If you like these videos, don’t forget to share them across your networks. We’ll be rolling out more “100 years of…” videos in short order, so keep an eye out for more!
